Guidance
Adds up to 3 columns of links to the Footer at the bottom of the page.
The Footer can only be created in the Site Assets » Common Footer section.
Each column has a optional Column Title.
Links should be entered as a bulleted (unordered) list in Column 1 Links and Columns 2 Links.
